For everyone flying in. 

The closest airport to the wedding venue would be LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Second to that, the closest airport will be JFK. And they are both pretty close in distance so choose which one you feel is best. A third option, if you needed it, would be flying into Newark, NJ (EWR). Getting into the city isn't terribly hard but it wouldn't be as quick to Long Island City as the other two. 
Chose what makes sense for you in ease of use and price.
