What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:00 PM so we can start the ceremony promptly. The ceremony will last about 1 hour. The reception will be at a second location at 6:30 PM. Transportation will be provided for all guests from the AC Hotel - just follow the signs and our team will guide you.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, garden party vibes! Think sundresses, dressy skirts or slacks, button-ups, and light jackets if needed. Heels are fine, but comfy shoes are always a good idea for outdoor areas.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! We’d love to have your little ones join us for the celebration. We've included them on your RSVP, but if there has been an error, please reach out!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be plated, followed by cake. There’s an open bar for all guests. Please let us know about dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Feel free to capture memories, but we kindly ask guests to keep phone usage discreet and be considerate of other guests’ views.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Yes! We have a room block at AC Hotel Hill Country, which is where our provided transportation will be centered around. Please note that, due to F1 being the same weekend, accommodations may be pricey. We encourage you to find whatever lodgings suit you best. See our Travel page for more options and booking details.
