What is the dress code?

What time should guests arrive, and when will the wedding ceremony begin?
Answer
Guests are invited to arrive from 5:00 PM to enjoy some time mingling and soaking in the ambiance before the ceremony begins. Please be seated by 6:15 PM, as the wedding ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 PM. We value your punctuality and look forward to sharing this special moment with each of you.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
Answer
By Car: GPS Address: 630 Bedford Road, Tarrytown, NY 10591 Shuttles: A shuttle will depart from the Opus Westchester Hotel to our venue at 5:30 PM. Return shuttles are available every 30 minutes from 11 PM to 1 AM, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. Recommended Airports: LaGuardia (LGA), John F Kennedy (JFK), Westchester County (HPN) By Train from NYC: Take Metro-North from Grand Central to Tarrytown on the Hudson Line. It takes approximately 35 minutes on the express train, and Ubers/Lyfts/Taxis can take you on a 10-minute drive to Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Trains leave every 15 minutes during peak hours and every half hour during off-peak.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
A shuttle will depart from the Opus Westchester Hotel to our venue at 4:15 PM and 5:30 PM. Evening shuttles will run every 45 minutes from 10:00 PM to 12:30 AM on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Answer
On-Site Parking: Complimentary parking is available on-site for all wedding guests. Upon arrival at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, attendants will direct you to designated parking areas. Valet Service: For added convenience, valet parking will be available at the venue entrance. Our friendly attendants will be ready to assist you upon arrival and departure. Accessibility: Accessible parking spaces are provided close to the venue entrance for guests with mobility needs. Please let us know in advance if you require any special accommodations.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have secured a room block at the Opus Westchester Hotel, conveniently located just a 20-minute car ride away. On the evening before the wedding, we will be hosting a special event at the Opus lounge, and there will be daytime activities available for those staying in the area. Shuttles will be provided for transportation between the Opus and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, ensuring all guests can easily attend the wedding festivities.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We kindly request that our guests understand our decision to create an adults-only atmosphere for our wedding day. While we adore the little ones in our lives, we've chosen to host a celebration best suited for adults. However, we welcome family members with open arms to share in our joyous occasion. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you on our special day.
