When do I need to be paid in full? When you book your room, you will receive an invoice detailing your balance and the final due date. Should it be convenient, there is a payment plan option. All Guest will need to be booked by April 1. 2022 And final payments to destinations by Sue will need to be made by April 11, 2022. What if I want to stay at a different resort? By staying off of the resort, you will risk not having the same conveniences and experiences as everyone else. We would truly appreciate spending as much time with you as possible during the best week of our lives. We do not advise staying at a different resort/timeshare as there can be a daily resort fee for guests staying elsewhere to attend the wedding and other events.

Which airport should I fly into? Please be sure to fly into the Cancun Airport, as roundtrip transfers from the airport to the resort are included in your resort reservation. When should I request my passport if I do not have one? Receiving your passport can take up to 18 weeks from the day an application is submitted to the day a new passport is received. The 18-week timeframe is includes up to 12 weeks for processing and up to 6 weeks for mailing times on the front and back end. We suggest you apply/renew your passport 6 months prior to traveling. If you already have a passport, please be sure that it is valid for 6 months after your travel date. It cannot have an expiration date within 6 months of traveling.
