FRIDAY: Shuttles will run continuously from the Shire, the Woodstock Inn, and Kelly Way Gardens. 7:20 pm: First shuttles from Woodstock Inn and Shire leave for Kelly Way Gardens 10:00 pm: Last shuttles leave from Woodstock Inn and Shire SATURDAY: There will be two shuttle trips from the Shire to the Woodstock Inn prior to the ceremony. Shuttles will also run as needed after the reception ends until 1 am. 3:45 pm: First shuttle from the Shire to the Woodstock Inn 3:55 pm: Second shuttle from the Shire to the Woodstock Inn.
Vegetarian: Vegetable pasta (with Radiatore, Seasonal Vegetables, Basil Pesto, Parmesan) *contains nuts Fish: Salmon (with Israeli Couscous, Soybeans, Dill Crème Fraiche) Beef: Grilled Filet (with Potato Purée, Asparagus, Horseradish Buttermilk)
Friday night: Summer cocktail attire Saturday night: Formal attire (no black tie attire needed) Coat and tie for men. Suits optional. Both events will be on grass so block heels or wedges are recommended.
If you are a guest at the Woodstock Inn or the Shire, you are welcome to park at those properties. Downtown Woodstock also has many metered parking spots and free street parking. There is NO parking available at Kelly Way Gardens for the Friday night welcome party. Shuttles will leave the Woodstock Inn every 20 minutes until 10 pm.
