Welcome

Hunter and Emma met at University Lutheran Church in Tallahassee, Florida while both attending Florida State University. The pair were friends first and started dating in December 2022. Hunter graduated from Florida State in May 2023, but stayed in Tallahassee to pursue a Masters degree. Emma graduated from Florida State in May 2024 and moved to Durham, North Carolina for her first job out of college. The couple navigated a long-distance relationship for nearly a year, while Hunter finished his graduate program and started a full-time work position in Tallahassee, Florida. In April 2025, Hunter moved to Durham, NC to live closer to Emma. Together, these best friends enjoy spending time with their pets (a cat and two rabbits!), being part of Grace Lutheran Church, hitting the gym, cooking, and playing board games and video games. Hunter works remotely as a data scientist for a consulting firm, and Emma works as an engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing. On October 18th, 2025, Hunter proposed to Emma at Deep Creek Trail in the Great Smoky Mountains. Planning began immediately to bring their closest friends and family together to witness and celebrate their marriage. Thank you dearly for joining us for our special day!
