What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please aim to arrive at 3:30pm -- The Ceremony will promptly begin at 4pm sharp

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Yes -- There is a dress code -- Please dress in formal (black tie optional) attire -- See Attire tab

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors?
Answer
No -- The ceremony and reception will be outdoors -- With the indoor hotel lobby available throughout the evening

Will there be any drinks served?
Answer
Yes -- Best to Uber to this one

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
No -- But Uber/Lyft is highly accessible in Los Alamos and surrounding cities/towns

Where should I park? Will there be valet?
Answer
There is free street parking on Bell St -- There will not be valet services available

Is the wedding child-friendly?
Answer
No -- We kindly ask that our wedding remain an adults-only celebration -- However, if necessary, please contact us

Will there be heaters/AC/shade if needed?

Yes -- Climate and air control will be provided to keep all guests comfortable

Should I wear terrain-specific shoes?

The ceremony will take place on grass -- Use that information as you will

No -- We are requesting that you join us as our guest, not our photographer

Can I wear a cowboy hat or boots?

Yes -- But please remove all hats during the ceremony

Yes -- Please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to acomodate you accordingly

Is the venue pet-friendly?

No -- Unfortunately our furry friends are not welcome

Are there any must-see spots nearby?
Answer
Yes -- We highly recommend visiting Solvang while in town -- It's a fun Dutch-style village with amazing food and charm

Does everyone automatically get a +1 to bring to the wedding?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we’re unable to extend a +1 to every guest. If you have any questions, please reach out to Natalie or Eric directly.
