Shuttles will pick guests up at their hotels to take them to the Crossing Vineyards & Winery for the Welcome Party. Shuttles will pick up at each hotel at the below times: Golden Plough Inn: 7:30pm Clarion Inn: 7:35pm At the end of the evening, shuttles will pick up at Crossing Vineyards & Winery and take them back to their respective hotels.

Shuttles will pick guests up at their hotels to take them to The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm. The bus will pick up at each hotel at the below times: Golden Plough Inn: 4:25pm Clarion Inn: 4:00pm Regular shuttles will to take guests back to the Golden Plough Inn or the Clarion Inn beginning at 11pm.
