We met on May 6, 2023, in the most unexpected way. Polina’s friend Anastasia was determined to play paintball, and convincing Polina to join because her husband, Dima, couldn’t make it. Meanwhile, Dima, wanting to ensure the girls had backup, invited Brock—their paintball buddy—to tag along. Fate (and some colourful paint) brought us together on the field that day. From the first game, we hit it off, and our connection only grew stronger. What started as a day of friendly fire turned into a lifetime of love. The rest, as they say, is history.

With countless destinations already explored together, he chose the Louvre in Paris as the backdrop—a symbol of timeless beauty and exploration. Under the Parisian sky, surrounded by history and art, on May 11 2024 Brock proposed, saying our love was like the Louvre itself: infinite, intricate, and worthy of a lifetime of discovery. It was a moment that captured everything we love—travel, adventure, and each other—a true masterpiece to start the next chapter of our journey.
