In the early spring of 2020 Karl and I first met when we started working together at The Home Depot in Waterloo, Iowa. After working with Karl for a couple of years and him moving back to Minnesota, I realized that I enjoyed spending time around him more than I thought I did. In April of 2022, I added Karl on Snapchat and things took off from there. Karl and I became really good friends and I found that he was the only person that I had looked forward to talking to everyday. Upon graduation, I moved to Minnesota to work at the Mayo Clinic and from there I found myself hanging out with Karl more and more which slowly made us become inseparable. After a couple of months of being friends, Karl and I started dating in November of 2022. As our weeks became long and our weekends went too fast, we both realized that what we looked forward to most was spending our time together. In the fall of 2023, Karl and I both agreed that it was time to start our life together, so I packed my things and moved to Eden Prairie, MN. After about a year of dating, Karl and I decided to finally take a trip Duluth to see the fall colors and experience something that would lead us to the best day of our lives. On October 12, 2024 Karl proposed and at that moment we both knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. As we embark on this journey as soon to be husband and wife, we cannot wait to spend the best day of our lives with the ones we love most! We both look forward to celebrating with everyone as soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Pold! 🥂
