Please RSVP no later than May 31st, 2021.
Please know we do not consider our wedding more important than your safety. Cody and I have remained informed and believe we can proceed as planned with our rescheduled June 19th, 2021 date. With that being said, if you truly feel your safety would be put at risk by attending our wedding, please do not. We'll still love you regardless.
Thankfully, no! Maine is currently mandating individuals who are fully vaccinated may refrain from use of masks and social distancing if they so choose, and recommending (in accordance with CDC guidelines) those who are not fully vaccinated to continue their use of masks and social distancing. Proof of vaccination is not required to attend our event or enter the venue. The Bath Golf Club, as well as ourselves, assume our attendees can make an informed decision regarding their own health, as well as the health of their family and others. We assume no risk, liability, or responsibility of your health while attending our event.
No. Since our wedding will mark almost a year since the inception of the mask mandate, we fully expect everyone to own at least one mask. All attendees are responsible for procuring and wearing of their own masks, if they choose to wear one.
Yes! Under our registry tab, we have links to both of our registries at Amazon and Target.
To allow appropriate time for everyone to be seated, please arrive no later than 3:30 PM.
Cocktail attire is requested. But hey, if your shoes are too tight, take 'em off! We probably will.
While we would love to invite everyone, only those listed on our RSVP page are permitted to attend. We love all of the little munchkins in our lives, and would love to spend time with anyone we could not accommodate before or after the wedding.
Each of our guests have a specific number of seat(s) reserved in their honor. Due to building restrictions, extra seating is not available. Your number of reserved seating is notated on your RSVP of our website.
Dinner will be a BBQ buffet with dozens of different options to choose from. There's something for everyone!
Absolutely, however, you may still want to consider carpooling. The golf course will still be open to golfers, so there may be limited parking.
Our guests will need to obtain their own transportation via carpool, taxi, uber, or rental.
Please try to keep the first two rows of seating during the ceremony open for our immediate families. Otherwise, the entire event is open seating. Please sit wherever you would like, and mingle with our other guests! We love you all!
Guests are permitted to use a golf cart if they would like to purchase a round of golf. Otherwise, only the wedding party and immediate family are permitted to use a cart for travel around the grounds when taking the official photos.
Guests are responsible for their own travel costs, alcohol after the first toast (cash bar), purchases of golf rounds or items through the Club, and any damages caused by yourself or members of your party (such as children).
Please note we DO NOT have a wedding insurance policy, so any damages, theft, or harm to any vendor staff or property by our guests or their respective children will be at their own expense. We will not be held responsible for any inappropriate actions of our guests, so please conduct yourselves accordingly. We want everyone to have a good time without issue!
