Question

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by June 7, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by June 7, 2024 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the sanctuary at the Presbyterian Church in Westfield no later than 3:45 PM. We want to start the ceremony right on time and appreciate your promptness. At 4 o'clock, the doors will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony. This will be strictly enforced. You will still be allowed to attend the reception - we just want to minimize distractions. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our family and bridal party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

How do I get to the church for the ceremony?

Answer

The church is approximately 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. There is ample parking behind the church and along Mountain Avenue for you to drive or carpool with family and/or friends. Uber and Lyft are also an option! Once the ceremony is over, you can make your way back to the hotel until it is time to leave for the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the reception from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided from the hotel to and from the reception. Please be in the lobby no later than 5:30 to meet the buses! If you would like to drive yourself to the reception, there will be parking and a valet at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill. Once the reception is over (around 11 PM), the buses will bring guests back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail dresses. Once the reception gets started, you can absolutely take off any jackets! Also, please prepare for a typical day in July in New Jersey - hot and humid! Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors in the air conditioning.
