What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:15pm - this will give you time to get to the venue and seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire - please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside but will be under cover. The reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation explicitly indicates a plus one, please only bring yourself. We can't wait to meet the people in your life, but we have planned for specific numbers at this event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore kids but this is an adults only event. Please note that the children that are in attendance are our niece and nephews and will be in the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, please do! When you RSVP, there should be an option to let us know about your allergy or intolerance. If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to Justin or Ashley!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free at the John Ball Park Zoo parking and a shuttle will be available to bring you to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Some hotels in the area do provide shuttles to the zoo. Be sure to check the website for your hotel or ask when you check-in!
