Yes, there is plenty of public street and a parking garage nearby. Uber/Lyft is also widely available.

What do I need to get into Canada?

AS AN AMERICAN: - you must have an Enhanced License, Passport Card, or Passport. Both cards are good for land travel, but you will need a passport if you're traveling by air. I HIGHLY recommend taking care of this ASAP; processing delays are frequent. NON-US CITIZENS - consult your country's travel advisory website for more information CANADIAN CITIZENS - you're good dude.
