7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dressy casual

Private space will be reserved until 9pm, however there will be live music all night so all are welcome to stay and enjoy! There will be light bites provided, but feel free to grab dinner before at one of the many amazing restaurants downtown! Some recommendations include Clarke Cooke House, The Landing, Flora at Gardiner House, and 22 Bowens.

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Formal

Ceremony will be 5:00-5:30pm. Guests can arrive starting at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour and Reception to follow. Buses will pick up Guests from the Sonesta Select in 2 waves (~4:00 and 4:30, wave assignment given to you upon arrival). Buses will return back to the hotel at the end of the reception at 10:30pm, as well more trips as needed until the conclusion of the after party at 1:00am. Complementary parking is available at the venue, though we encourage using our booked shuttles or uber.
