Answer

The ceremony will commence at 4:30 PM. Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to ensure you are seated before we begin. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, as we may still be taking photos in the venue.

Question

Do you have any colors you prefer I wear?

Answer

Our wedding colors are inspired by our beautiful flower arrangements and include shades of blue, pink, purple, orange, yellow, and green. Thank you for helping us create a vibrant celebration!

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We are excited to share some of Texas' best barbeque with you during our reception! We will have delicious sliced brisket and turkey, pepper sausage, and the most comforting southern-style side dishes: coleslaw, green beans, and potato salad!

Question

Is the food allergy friendly?

Answer

Coming from a family with lots of allergies, it was important to us to have food that everyone could enjoy! All of our meats are gluten and dairy-free. The green beans contain gluten, but the other sides are also gluten and dairy-free. We hope that these accommodations will allow everyone to have a comforting, delicious meal on our wedding day! Our cocktail hour food is a range of charcuterie, not all of which will be allergy-friendly so please keep that in mind if you are allergic to anything. *For questions on any other allergies, please feel free to email at poeschwedding@gmail.com.
