Nothing short of the ordinary, Taylor and Nick both ended up at Baum Walker stadium on a Friday night, April 28th, 2023, to cheer on the Arkansas Razorback baseball team. Nick came into town with two of his friends to have a fun weekend, while Taylor was still finishing up school and wanted a fun night out with her friends. Nick was already at the game with his friends when Taylor walked in fashionably late (of course). As Taylor and her friends settled into their seats, she locked eyes for a quick moment with Nick. After locking eyes, Nick felt like there was something special and worth exploring with Taylor. As the game continued, Nick began poking fun at the Texas A&M bullpen pitchers (of course), as the game was heavily in Arkansas’ favor. With no hesitation, Taylor joined in on the fun, hoping to join the conversation with Nick. They continued to laugh and cheer on the Razorbacks, while also getting to know each other on a deeper level. The conversation they were both fishing for from the start. This was the moment they knew there was a spark but never knew where it could lead, as they lived 1,000 miles away from each other. The next morning, Taylor woke up to a call telling her to "get ready we're going to Top Golf with Nick and his friends". They spent the day showing off their golf swings and continued to grow the spark even more from the night before. Following the day at Top Golf, Nick invited Taylor and her friends to come over and hang out that night before they left Fayetteville Sunday morning. In just two days, a moment at a college baseball game grew into two people getting ready to spend the rest of their lives together.

Taylor took a chance to find her "Prince Charming" and flew solo to Jacksonville to see Nick. While in Jacksonville, they spent days on the beach and explored as much of the city as they could in 3 days. Before leaving, Nick asked Taylor to be his girlfriend and this is when their love story officially began.

Nick and Taylor conquered long distance for 390 days before Taylor finally had the chance to move to Jacksonville, Florida on July 3rd, 2024. She's always dreamed of living near the beach one day and lucky for her, Nick helped to make that dream a reality.

On July 3rd 2025, what Taylor thought was a normal beach vacation to the Dominican Republic, ended up to be the most memorable trip together. Nick took Taylor to a private beach where he asked her to be his wife. They shared tears, laughter, and happiness together as Taylor said YES to forever! Over the last few years their love, devotion, and commitment for each other has grown stronger than they ever thought was possible.
