When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP becomes available April 2025. Kindly RSVP by July 09, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors both located at the Timberlake Lodge in Grand Rapids. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm, please arrive early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. If you are bringing a gift, you may bring it into the wedding reception area inside.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal attire.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite all of your children, we are only able to accommodate our nieces and nephews. Timberlake Lodge is kid friendly and they may stay in the hotel with an adult/babysitter.

I am unable to attend, what should I do?

Answer

If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity.
