What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. We ask that our guests are seated by 3:15.

A whole lot of love and a whole lot of fun! We cannot wait to celebrate this amazing day with you all, and ask that you party responsibly. We've attached some shuttle services if you wish to book with companies in the mountain.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have attached some car services if you wish to work with one, but we are not having an official service for our wedding. What will be served at the reception?
Answer
Our talented caterer, Frugal Gourmet, will have dinner stations set up with a BBQ slider bar with smoked brisket, a taco table, and a Mac n cheese station. Drinks will be served by Matthew Garrison of High Country Barkeep, and we will serve beer, wine, seltzers and a signature surprise drink.
