Are my kids allowed?
Answer
Yes, but! Please watch your sweet kiddos and help them be calm and quiet during the ceremony. After that, it's party time! We don't want to discourage anyone from bringing their kids, but we do ask that you please help us have a beautiful and uninterrupted ceremony.

Can I take photos during the wedding?
Answer
Yes and No! We ask that during our ceremony, you please silence and put away all cellphones. We do not want to make our lovely photographer have to photoshop out phones or have anyone get distracted by notifications. We would like an unplugged ceremony so everyone is able to enjoy it in the moment. After that, please feel free to take photos during our reception and send them to us!

What is the parking situation?
Answer
There is on-site paved parking, and overflow available outside of the venue in the grassy areas. We ask that you do not block any entrances and park in a friendly way so everyone can join us!

Is the venue ADA/Accessible?
Answer
Yes! We wouldn't want anyone to be unable to make it. There are disabled parking spots right next to the entrance, and several paved walkways for easy travel. There is also an accessible restroom on-site, not too far from the reception hall. If anyone needs extra time to get around, please don't hesitate to come a little early to make sure you are comfortable and set!

There are so many hotels nearby! There are many options for any budget in Newberg. We are not blocking out any rooms at a specific hotel, so please feel free to stay wherever you'd like!

Answer
You will need to provide your own transportation to the wedding venue, but thankfully, our whole celebration is all in one place!

Answer
We ask that everyone dress formally. We want to take lots of photos and want everyone to join us in looking our best. If you need any color inspiration, think wildflower and garden colors!
