Please RSVP by September 19, 2026! After this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. You can RSVP directly through this website; we’re looking forward to celebrating with you.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we recommend arriving by 5:00 PM. This will give you time to park, find your seat, and get settled so you can relax and enjoy the moment as everything begins.
Yes we ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. For ladies, this typically means cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy separates. For gentlemen this means suits or dress pants with a button-down for men (ties are optional). Since the ceremony and portions of the celebration will be outdoors in the Texas Hill Country, we recommend choosing footwear that is dressy but also comfortable for grass and uneven terrain.
Unfortunately due to the limited space we ask that you only bring a date if given a plus one with your invitation!
Yes! We recommend a few nearby options for guests looking for accommodations in the area. A room block has been reserved at Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa, which is a beautiful winery resort and the most convenient place to stay for the weekend. There are also additional hotels, boutique inns, and vacation rentals available in Johnson City and the surrounding Hill Country. We suggest booking early, as options fill up quickly during peak season.
Yes, transportation will be provided between the hotel block at Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa and our ceremony and reception at Walden Retreats. Shuttle details and exact pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding date. We recommend utilizing the shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving.
