If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp so plan to arrive by 4:30pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
Yes! there is plenty of onsite parking available.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entre. You are to select your choice of meal when you RSVP.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside under the Trellis with the reception to follow indoors in Legacy Ballroom.
Absolutely! Please enter any details about allergies and/or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can let our vendors know as soon as possible.
We will be having a cash bar (you pay). We are also covering the cost of soda (we pay)! Please keep this in mind when you are ordering your drinks at the bar.
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail and semi-formal attire. No jeans, please!
We will be having an unplugged ceremony (meaning no mobile phones or cameras). So please do not take photos during this time. We have hired an amazing Professional Photographer and Videographer to capture these memories which we will of course share with you at a later date. Do feel free to take as many photos as you like before and after the ceremony, but please put your devices away once the ceremony begins.
