If flyfishing is something you want to do but maybe need a bit of assistance from professionals, hit up the Grizzley Hackle! They will take great care of you! (not that we are biased or anything)
Mount Jumbo L Hike
This is a great little hiking loop not too far out of Missoula if you are looking to stretch your legs and see the city from above!
Blue Mountain Trailhead
Blue Mountain is a wonderful spot to get out and let the dogs play! It has an entire trail system that is well-maintained and very popular amongst locals! If frisbee golf holds any appeal to you, they have an epic course to play!
Inez Creek Trailhead
For those looking to get a bit out of town without going too far, Inez is a great stroll through the woods! It's a 5.2-mile hike in and back; the initial part of the hike gets the legs warmed up with a few switchbacks that are a bit steep. It then branches into an old logging road with a more gradual incline. At the top is Legacy Peak, which has a beautiful view of the valley below, as well as a picnic table to grab a bite to eat at! It is one of our favorite quick hikes!
Johnsrud River Access
If you haven't had the chance to check out the Blackfoot river, this is a beautiful spot to go check out!
Linda Vista Public Golf Course
Great place to play a few holes or to hit a bucket of balls off the driving range! The little cafe with the golf course has a wonderful BLT!
Glacier National Park
If you are up for a bit of a drive north of Missoula, we highly recommend planning a trip to explore the beauty Glacier has to offer!
Dunrovin Ranch
If you want to get a bit western while you are in Montana and get into the saddle, check out the Dunrovin Ranch!
