If you’ve met Jessica, then you know Julia won’t be too far behind. Choosing Julia as the Matron of Honor was the easiest decision of all that were made during the planning of this wedding. Two peas in a pod, inseparable best friends, always willing to go on an adventure for the other, no matter how questionable the circumstances. After graduating high school, Julia convinced Jessica to move to Mackinac Island, MI for a fun summer job. For Jessica, one summer turned into four amazing summers spent up north until it was time for a new adventure. Julia had married Jake, the Best Man, and they were living down in Kentucky together when Jessica moved in with her horse and her dog in tow. At the ripe old age of 21, Jessica had sworn off looking for love and said “the right one would have to fall right in her lap” (definitely not dramatic or anything, right?) And just like the plot of a cheesy movie, that’s just what happened. Jessica came home from work one day to find Wyatt sitting at the kitchen table of Julia and Jake’s house. Wyatt and Jake met when they were both stationed at Fort Carson. Two guys with similar interests and a love of foreign cars - a friendship was bound to be made. After a few years spent apart, they were reunited when they were stationed at Fort Campbell together once again. Choosing Jake as the Best Man was a no brainer since he played a huge part as a matchmaker. Wyatt and Jessica would like to send a huge thank you to their best friends for encouraging them to take a leap of faith and give the other one a chance. And now they’re on their way to happily ever after!
