Which aiport should I fly into?

Answer

Both Rome and Florence airports are about an hour and half away from the castle. Depending on your travel plans choose what suits you best!

Question

If I am staying in the Castle, when can I check in and when do I have to check out?

Answer

You can check in on Tuesday, October 8th at 2:30PM and check out on Thursday, October 10th at 10:00AM. Please note, you do not need to make a reservation. If we informed you that you are staying in the castle your room is reserved. At checkout is when you will pay.

Are the events being held inside or outside?

Answer

All events will be held outside as long as the weather permits. Average temperatures in October are usually a high of 68 degrees/low of 50 degrees; please make sure to dress accordingly so you are comfortable. We will have heaters onsite if necessary.

Welcome Party: Think upscale Pizza Party! Casual cocktail wear. Wedding Day: We would love to see our friends & family dressed up for the big event! **Ladies please note that some of the event spaces will be on grass, gravel and concrete when thinking of what shoe to wear**

Tuesday, October 8th: 2:30PM Check in to Castle 6PM-8PM Welcome Party Wednesday, October 9th: 3:30PM Arrival for light cocktails and bites before the ceremony 4PM-4:20PM Ceremony 4:30PM-6PM Cocktail Hour 6PM-10PM Reception 10PM - ?? After Party! Thursday, October 10th There are no events planned for this day - we want our guests to go and enjoy Italy!! A grab and go breakfast station will be set up at the castle *Reminder: Check out is at 10AM*
