It is with heavy hearts that we announce the postponement of our May 30, 2020 wedding due to the coronavirus outbreak. While we are very sorry to delay our celebration and cause changes to your plans, the safety of our guests is our utmost priority. We are working to figure out a new date and will keep you informed as things materialize. We hope to celebrate with you soon!

Alexa and James met as undergraduates attending North Carolina State University. Their paths crossed by pure coincidence when Alexa's college roommate convinced her to attend a party one evening. That party turned out to be James' 23rd birthday celebration. After James' birthday, the two continued to talk regularly as the semester winded down. They went on their first date just before Alexa moved to South Carolina for the summer. Despite the distance between them, the relationship continued to grow over the summer. When they returned to Raleigh in the fall, the two were inseparable. Six years (4 states, two deployments, and lots of air miles) later not much has changed.
