We would love to see our friends & family get dressed up to celebrate! Our dress code is semi formal. At this time of year, West Jefferson will be sunny but cooler (~60 degrees) so we suggest pants & long sleeves for the guys and long dresses for the girls! For the girls: Just a heads up bridesmaids will be in slate blue!
We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 25th to give us ample time to notify our vendors. If you are unable to attend, you will be missed! PLEASE let us know so we can keep an accurate headcount.

Our ceremony will start at 4:00pm, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to get seated. If you do arrive late, we kindly ask that you join us at cocktail hour instead.
Due to our venue’s limited space, plus-ones are by invitation only, which will be clearly stated on the invitation. Otherwise, we’re excited to celebrate with just you!
Yes, there is a parking lot available on site for parking!
Our venue kindly asks that there is no smoking (or flammables of any kind) and no entering the pond.
We kindly request no phones or photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing professional photographer to capture every moment, and we’ll happily share a link to the photos afterward! Feel free to take pictures during the reception!
The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.
Our ceremony will be followed by a brief "cocktail" hour with snacks with dinner shortly after. Beer and wine will be provided.
