We just want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who is planning on attending the wedding. We know it may be a bit of a drive for some of you, and even a very long drive for others of you, but we can not express enough our gratitude for you all to celebrate with us on our special day. It means more to us than you will ever know that you made time out of your weekend to show up for us. We love each and every one of you, and we CANNOT wait to see you all there! We were set up in a trap made by Katie's best friend, Bre! She spent days plotting for our fated meeting, and once it happened, we instantly clicked. Every time Katie came to visit, she knew Jackson would be hanging around, hopelessly falling for her, and she couldn't help but stare into his dreamy eyes. Jackson stumbled into arranging a long distance date disguised as a worship concert, and the rest is history!
July 2nd, 2025, Hilton Head Island. Storm clouds gathered overhead, winds were whipping, sunburns were pealing, and Jackson's nerves were buzzing. He planned a date night for our two-year anniversary; however, little did Katie know, the night held something entirely different. While taking some photos on the beach, Jackson grabbed Katie's hands and wooed her with talk of memories, and at the perfect time, pulled out the ring. Katie launched 10 feet back and, not thinking straight, almost forgot to put on the ring. With smiles hurting on our faces, we celebrated afterward by eating burgers with family, attempting to pop bottles of champagne, and snapping lots of pictures!
