What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/ Black Tie Optional Attire. This means a fancy cocktail dress, floor-length dress, or pant suit. Or, a suit or button-up shirt with a sport coat or blazer and a tie.

Answer

Yes! We have set up a room block across three hotels. See the Travel page for the details.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same location: the Conference and Events Center at 56 Packard's Road. Transportation is not provided, but this venue is under a 5 minute walk from most hotels and lodges in Waterville Valley (it is next door to some!). Check our Travel page for nearby accomodations.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the venue where you can park your car.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We are following the recommendations from the CDC and local health departments. As we get closer to our event we will alert all of our guests of any changes or expectations as needed. We are hoping for the best in December 2022!
