Dress code?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress in formal attire with a light, colorful touch to complement our Mexico wedding. Think elevated yet effortless—midi or floor-length dresses in light, breathable fabrics and bright or soft, colorful hues are encouraged. For women, midi and floor-length dresses in airy fabrics and cheerful or soft colors are perfect for the occasion. For gentlemen, formal attire such as lightweight suits or dress shirts with slacks are perfect for the setting. Please keep in mind the warm climate and opt for comfortable, airy pieces that allow you to celebrate with us in style.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach where the wedding will take place! We ask all guests to stay at this resort. Our group reservation code is WOODWARD26 which can be used to book a room online or by phone. If booking online, enter the code in the "promo code" box and our room rates will be located at the bottom of the page.

How do I book my room?

Answer

Rooms can be reserved directly on the Pueblo Bonito Resorts website. When booking, enter our wedding code WOODWARD26 to access discounted rates reserved for our guests (our discounted rate will be shown at the bottom of the page). A junior suite with ocean view is $459/night for a king bed for two adults and other rooms are also available. All inclusive is included in the pricing as well as all extra fees and services. To confirm their reservation a one-night deposit will be required, and the rest of the balance will be due upon resort check in. Be sure to select the Sunset Beach location!

How do I book my flight?

Answer

Flights can be booked on your own, but we please ask all guests to try and arrive late Wednesday or early Thursday as we have plans starting Thursday evening! Our flight will be out of Chicago on Wednesday, November 25th and returning on Monday, November 30th. Once you book your flights, please text Megan at 608-548-8946 so we can keep track of guests arrivals and arrange transportation.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Transportation can be booked through Cabo Transportation Solutions. Depending on flights we are looking at booking a large van that can accommodate large groups flying in at the same time!

Is there transportation from the hotel rooms to the ceremony?

Answer

Pueblo Bonito offers complimentary shuttle transportation for guests around the resort and between its sister resorts. The ceremony will be taking place at Sunshine Garden which is located near the main pool and the cocktail hour and reception will be at the Ocean Breeze Terrace right on the ocean.

Is Pueblo Bonito all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The all-inclusive plan includes breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks, as well as award-winning restaurants that range from casual to gourmet. Sunset Beach has 12 restaurants and 7 bars right on property! Enjoy wine and tequila tastings, plus an array of engaging activities like water aerobics, dance lessons, and yoga.

What time is check in & check out?

Answer

Check in is at 3:00pm, but the front desk may be able to accommodate an earlier check in time upon request. Check out is at 11:00am.
