Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 5th. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab, so we can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us on our big day! We request that all guests arrive in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to allow time to park (if driving) and find your seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like - we would love you to share them with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. We encourage to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour will be held outside but will be mostly covered. The ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue does offer free parking on site if you choose to drive! However, we will be providing transportation both to and from the venue and the four hotels listed on our website. Any cars parked overnight at Rosewood Farms must be moved by 9am the next morning.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly :)

Can i bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

Our venue will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service that will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not permitted to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
