When is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is on September 26, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 3pm, so please arrive 15-30 minutes early to grab a seat!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Deep Woods Events at 89980 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, OR 97437. You can find a map and directions on our Schedule page.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 15, 2026 using the link on your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is dressy-casual. Dress comfortably for possible rain or inclement weather. Ceremony will occur on a grass lawn, wear appropriate shoes. Please no jeans or shorts.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus-one. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided to keep our celebration adults only besides those included in the wedding. Thanks for understanding!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Of course! We'll be serving a charcuterie assortment during cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, followed by a full plated dinner during the reception. We are having an alcohol free wedding, but refreshments will be available following the ceremony.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! We are forgoing a typical registry as we have been building our lives together for many years. Please find monetary options to contribute towards our dream honeymoon on the Registry page, with also some small gifts as well.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held fully indoors. The space is out of town and surrounded by trees, please plan your attire accordingly and bring a layer just in case.

Where can I stay?

Answer

Due to the location of the event space, there are not many hotels within close distance. AND due to move in weekend for the UO there is limited hotels. Please utilize AirBnB and let is know if you have any issues. Note: University of Oregon move in weekend is the weekend we are getting married! Please book your accommodations early!!
