Why we sent out the Save the Dates early?

Answer

We understand it takes time and money to plan a trip. We wanted to give you plenty of time to figure out your schedule, flights and hotel. A formal invitation will be mailed out in the beginning of 2027

What should I know about the resort?

- Dreams Sapphire is an ALL-INCLUSIVE resort - The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held at this resort - Wedding event passes for those who prefer to stay at an Airbnb: $80/person (However, the resort requires 80% guest occupancy. Please contact us for more info!)

When should I book a room by?

Answer

If you are booking through our room block, please book by May 15th, 2027. We understand it is early however the resort is requiring headcounts to the hold rooms or we will be charged to hold them

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

The hotel is a child friendly resort and offers some childcare services if you would like to bring your children to the resort. However, our venue is limited on the number of people we can accommodate. So, for now, the immediate family will be the only guests allowed to bring children to the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding with this matter

What if I cannot attend?

Answer

There will be a second reception back in MA after the wedding for extended family and all those who cannot attend. We understand it is a lot to attend a destination wedding. Invitation to follow!
