The closest airport to Rincón is Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (BQN). While it is the most convenient option in terms of distance, please note that this airport typically offers limited flight schedules, with many arrivals and departures either very early in the morning or later in the evening. Once you arrive, Rincón is just a short drive away. The trip from Aguadilla to Rincón is approximately 20–45 minutes by car, depending on traffic and your exact destination.

For additional flight options, guests may also consider flying into San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU). This airport offers a wider range of flight times and airlines, often making travel planning a bit easier. From San Juan, the drive to Rincón is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours by car, but it’s a beautiful way to see more of the island. We recommend renting a car from either airport to make getting around and exploring Rincón as easy and enjoyable as possible!

Rincón of the Seas is our recommended hotel if you'd prefer a traditional hotel stay. Since Rincón is a laid-back surf town, there aren't many large resort-style hotels in the area. You may actually have better luck finding the perfect place by browsing Airbnb or local vacation rentals, but if you'd rather stay at a hotel, this is the one we'd recommend!

With its laid-back beachfront vibe, great food, and famous drinks, it’s the perfect spot to relax, grab a bite, and soak in the island atmosphere. Be sure to try and catch the sunset here—it’s one of the best views on the island. 🌅
