Bridesmaid
Diana is one of Megan's longest friends, and the reason for her love of horses! In 7th grade, Diana helped Megan plot to convince her parents to let her start taking horseback riding lessons again, and the rest is history.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea and Meg became friends at UMD after sitting next to each other in the same biology class for several months. They bonded over their crazy professor acting out the "bee dance," which is how honeybees communicate the location of honey to their hive mates. Fun fact: they both grew up very close to the buffalo farms!
Bridesman
Meg and James also met their freshman year of college at UMD. After graduation, James has humored Meg's love for DC cupcakes and even once mapped out a DC Cupcake Crawl for several friends to attend on one of Meg's visits home.
Bridesmaid
Megan and Megan met in 2011 during Megan J's first summer as a SeaWorld camp intern, but formed an even closer friendship the next year during a camp game where Megan M ripped Megan J out of another group so that she wouldn't lose. They've lived together for almost 11 years and have braved all sorts of life changes and hurricanes together.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and Megan also met at SeaWorld Camp in 2011, but became much closer once Megan started at Discovery Cove. Lauren is always available for adult advice, a fun theme park day, picking up lost dogs named Marty, or just a nice evening hanging at home.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea and Megan met during Megan's second year as a SeaWorld camp intern, and have been friends ever since! They lived together for a summer, but also got a bonus month of living together after Hurricane Irma. They enjoy visiting each other (wherever Chelsea is living at the time) and going on all sorts of adventures!
Flower Girl
Megan and Patrick are very lucky to be Allison's Auntie Megan and Uncle Patrick, and we are so excited to have her join us for our special day!
Best Man
Growing up as brothers, Kenny and Patrick have gone on many adventures together. In recent years, these two Kelley Boys have both moved around the country for work but still make time to meet up, eat Skyline chili whenever possible, and critique Disney's mishandling of Star Wars.
Groomsman
Terry and Patrick worked and volunteered together for Scout camps, events, and leadership training which is actually more fun than it sounds. Terry has given Patrick lots of life advice, some of which has backfired.
Groomsman
Chuck and Patrick also met through volunteering at Scout functions and share a turbulent affinity for the Cincinnati Bengals. They both like to remind Megan that the Baltimore Ravens are a terrible football team and that Cincinnati food is way better than Maryland food.
Groomsman
Billy and Patrick also met through volunteering at Scout functions (see a pattern here?) and both enjoy visiting theme parks. One time, they made Megan and Chuck wait in line for Rise of the Resistance for over three hours and everyone involved regrets it.
Groomsman
Patrick B is one of the funniest people Patrick K knows and they met through, you guessed it, volunteering at Scout functions. A few years ago during a zoo visit, Patrick B fed a fish to a Japanese giant salamander which is a badass thing to do.
Groomsman
As fellow elephant care professionals, Tripp and Patrick became friends while working near each other in Texas and attending elephant conferences together. Against Patrick's better judgement, Tripp has been a great mentor while working in the zoo field so far.
