The most convenient airport is Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH), just a quick 25–30 minute drive to Bluffton. Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) is another nearby option at around 40 minutes away. Charleston International (CHS) is also an option and is approximately 1.5–2 hours from Bluffton.
