We met at local coffee house not many people know of called Starbucks. Jeremy got there first nervous as heck, just to see P’Jay walk up in a leg brace, crutches and looking extra short which helped make him a little less nervous. We both didn’t want to be to basic so we ordered Carmel Frappuccinos. We sat there and talked for hours and hours, much longer than we both had planned. Seeing how we didn’t miss a beat while talking and nothing seemed awkward, we knew it would be something special. We both wanted that second date. Little did we know it would lead to this day almost 8 years later, 3 cats, a dog, a pandemic, a house purchase and postponement of our big day.

We were on our 4th of July holiday road trip to Los Angeles. We had been talking about driving the scenic route, Highway 1 and trying all the amazing Internet famous food there for a while and decided to take advantage of the holiday weekend. Little did P'Jay know that at the lookout spot, that coincidentally was empty, at 7 in the morning Jeremy would ask her "Will you do all the marrys". The look out spot was not preplanned but it was perfect and P'Jay had just woken up from her road trip nap!
