The celebration continues with a buffet dinner, fellowship, dancing, and some activities for the kiddos. The reception is in the Special Event Center, located on the ground floor of the central library parallel to Cesar Chavez Street. The entrance to the Special Event Center is on Cesar Chavez. The library closes to the public at 5:00p and garage space is limited, so we encourage guests to carpool. For more details on parking, visit https://library.austintexas.gov/central/parking.
