Why does my invite not include the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are having a very limited ceremony due to location, but we truly want to celebrate with all of you! The reception venue is able to accommodate all of our guests.

Are children invited to the reception?

Answer

We have decided on an adult-only reception with the exception of our direct nieces and nephews. Please plan to make necessary childcare arrangements as needed. We thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to our venue and compacity limits, please reach out to us privately if you wish to bring someone who is not on your invitation. We will do our best to accommodate requests but we may not be able to so we appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

How early can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please feel free to arrive at the venue anytime after 3:30pm. Due to the ceremony being at a different location, the venue will only be open to the bartenders for set up and for any support staff and volunteers making final preparations. The bar will be ready to start serving at 3:30. For that reason, we are asking that folks not arrive before 3:30pm.

Is there going to be an open or cash bar?

Answer

We are providing an open bar at the reception. To accomplish this, we are accepting donations of specific liquors or gift cards to the NH Liquor Outlet. If you would like to assist in this manner, please contact us privately.

While we are providing and open bar, please keep in mind that the bartenders would greatly appreciate cash tips for their services. Thank you!

Will dinner be included in the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner, dessert and dancing will be provided! Dinner will be a self-serve Italian station-style buffet with multiple options regarding pastas, meats, vegetables, sauces, etc. We will be providing and preparing all of the food ourselves. While we are not requesting additional assistance, if anyone would like to volunteer or assist with cooking, preparing, or setting up, please contact us privately.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out to us privately if you have a food allergy or concern! We want to make sure that everyone is taken care of! Gluten free options will be available!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, Walnut Hill has parking available. There is additional parking in a lower lot on the right side, after turning into the venue. While we do not expect parking to be an issue, if you wish to carpool, there are plazas off of Exit 5 in Raymond where people can meet for that purpose. There is also a park & ride off of Exit 7 in Epping as well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see our travel page for more information on where to stay. We are staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton near Manchester Airport. Please be aware that we are not placing a room block at any hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

No, please be prepared to provide your own safe transportation! Drink responsibly and plan to have a sober driver.
