What Time is the Ceremony?

The ceremony will be held at 4pm on Saturday, October 25th.

Will there be any events prior to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome event on Friday, October 24th at Bevel Brewing from 5pm-8pm. This is where we had our first date :) Drink tickets (for beer, seltzers, wine, and N/A drinks) and a variety of light food options will be provided. There are also 4 food trucks onsite with food available for purchase. What Time Should I Arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We would like guests to arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. We will be having an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. Please note that weather can be very unpredictable in Bend in the fall.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Convention Center. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center.

What is the weather like in Bend in October?

Answer

The weather in October in Bend can be anything from sunny and 60 degrees to 15 degrees and snowing sideways. If the weather is variable, we will move the ceremony indoors. We are really pushing for an outdoor ceremony though, so bring a jacket if it looks like it will be cold.
