On one fateful fall evening at the Rathskeller, what seemed like an ordinary night quickly turned into the beginning of our forever. Drawn to the lights and electric buzz in the air of the outdoor beer garden, we both found ourselves there by chance—though some might say an invisible string. As we settled in with a few drinks and our friends, our eyes met, and in that instant, something magical happened. Even though one of us might have had a little more life experience, nothing else matter when we realized we had found something truly extraordinary. Our first official date was one for the books—or maybe the sports pages, though one of us isn’t exactly a fan of those (its okay guys Meg is officially a Phillies fan now lol)! We spent the evening at a football game, where Meg, despite her indifference to sports, eagerly joined in. Wearing a sweatshirt that said, "I hope both teams just have fun," she made it clear where her allegiances lie. But the truth is, it wasn’t about the game; it was about being together. We drank, ate wings, and laughed our way through the day. By the time our third date rolled around—a comedy show that had us both in stitches—it was clear we were on to something special. That night, as we laughed until our sides hurt, it was obvious that this was the real deal. Since those early days, our lives have been a beautiful journey of love and discovery. Together, we’ve embraced our shared passion for adventure, traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and savoring incredible meals. Our three beloved dogs have been by our side, filling our days with joy and love as we’ve built a life filled with cherished memories.
