For the welcome happy hour, island casual. For the rehearsal dinner, cocktail attire. For the wedding, resort formal attire please. Dresses for ladies and suits for men. Please note, the ceremony will be on a beach in the sand so please plan to wear shoes that are easy to slip off.

How do I get to Harbour Island?

Answer

You will fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH). Once you've landed, you'll take a taxi to the ferry dock and catch a quick ferry boat over to Harbour Island! Please remember to bring cash for the taxi/ferry boat as most transportation is cash-only.

Advice for guests who have not been to Harbour Island?

Harbour Island is a Bahamian "out island" known for their pink sand beaches and turquoise waters. Golf carts are the most popular form of transportation so we recommend renting a golfcart to get around town. Bring cash! There aren’t very many ATMs on the island, and a lot of places are cash only (ferry rides, boat excursion, coffee, pastries, tipping, etc.)
