Wedding Safety

We are both passionate about community, and are striving to make our wedding a day that showcases our love and care for our community. Whether you are watching online or in person at our venue, we hope that you see the many ways in which we are intentionally making a space for that. We understand that getting married and hosting a ceremony during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic causes concern for all of us. We want you all to know that you are so deeply loved and cared for by us that we have continuously designed this celebration and all planning of it to be as safe as possible. We don't just desire you to be a part of the day but we want you to know that we value your health just as much as we value your presence. You are loved by us.
Question

Will masks be required?

Answer

Yes. Hand made masks in our wedding colors will be provided for every guest.

Question

How will ceremony be socially distant and safe?

Answer

We have specifically chosen a venue that can fit twice the amount of our invited guests in order to provide distance between guests for safety. In addition to this, the requirement of masks, specifically chosen vendors and procedures for food service are all done with your safety in mind.

Question

How will the dinner and reception be kept safe?

Answer

We have worked with our caterer to provide the safest possible meal service. In addition, due to the small number of guests invited, there will be ample space between guests.

Question

Can you trust the vendors to be safe?

Answer

One of the great gifts of our day is that each professional vendor is a personal trusted friend of ours. We chose this, in addition to their great talents, in order to tighten the circle of safety of all who will be present that day.

Question

Does the reception have an outside area?

Answer

Yes - Mead Lake Lodge has a beautifully large property to walk around, as well as an outside, covered deck that surrounds the reception hall.

Question

But, like, with all of these safety requirements, will your wedding still be fun?

Answer

YES!

For all the days along the way
