Areas to stay based on types of activities
We recommend staying east of St. Johns River. Jax is one of the largest cities by land mass in the US so a rental car may be a good idea if you are flying. Based on what else you'd like to do in Jax here are some great areas to Google when trying to find a place to stay: For better beach access: Jacksonville Beach Neptune Beach (Close to our home and Hanna Park) Foodie Favorites (People who love to try new restaurants): San Marco Five Points Shop til you drop: St. John's Towncenter
