We met while we both were attending Central Michigan University and were in our last year of school. While we may not agree on where we met for the first time (I swear it was Okelleys) we can both agree that we would not know each other at all if not for my brother Jason and him and Ryan playing hockey together. Neither one of us were looking for anything serious when we met, as we were both wrapping up our last year in college and preparing to return home to start our careers. I think it was my wing woman Meeka who kept him coming back. She may even love him more these days. We graduated in May 2018, and I think both figured we would go our separate ways. Fortunately we never lost contact over that first summer and ended up officially dating by the end of August that same year. How we ended up together was about as natural, and probably boring, as it comes, but I can't imagine where I would be today had we never met at all. We are thankful for hockey, CMU, dollar beers at the bar, and most of all our friends and family who have loved and supported us through all these years.
