Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We invite you to please arrive by 5:30 PM at the latest to find your seat and settle in comfortably. Refreshing drinks will be waiting for you as you arrive!
Yes! Head over to our Travel tab for all the details and a link to book your room in our block. Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to reserve yours as soon as possible. If it looks like our block is filling up faster than expected, we’ll do our best to add more rooms. The last day to book under our room block is April 30, 2026. While you may still be able to book after that date, we can’t guarantee availability or pricing, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot! Yes! For guests staying at the hotel, a complimentary shuttle service will be available to provide transportation to and from the venue. Parking will also be available onsite at the venue, with friendly valet attendants at the entrance to help guide you. Our hotel is only a few minutes away from the venue so rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft may be available in the area, though we can’t guarantee availability. Additional details, including shuttle schedules, will be shared closer to the wedding date.
We would absolutely love to celebrate with everyone, but we kindly ask that only guests whose invitations include a plus one bring an additional guest. Thank you so much for your understanding—we can’t wait to share our special day with you!
Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the terrace, with breathtaking views of the Palace at Somerset Park grounds. While there are stairs leading up to the terrace, an elevator is also available to ensure everyone can join comfortably. Afterward, we’ll celebrate with a cocktail hour and reception indoors. Weather permitting, there is also a new and beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy during the cocktail hour! We’re keeping our fingers crossed for a perfect spring day, but if it happens to rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the elegant Grand Foyer.
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For the gentlemen, this typically means a suit and tie or a tuxedo, and for the ladies, a formal dress, elegant cocktail dress, dressy pantsuit, or other elegant attire. We’re excited to see everyone dressed up and celebrating this special day in style! Our wedding party will all be wearing black.
We know it’s tempting to snap every moment, but we kindly ask that phones, cameras, and all other devices be turned off and stay tucked away during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Rest assured, our amazing and talented photographers and videographers will capture every smile, laugh, and happy tear! We’ll share all the photos and videos after the big day!
As much as we love the little kiddos, we have decided on an adult only atmosphere.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we understand that some may be unable to attend. If that is the case, please remember to mark “Will not attend” when submitting your RSVP through our wedding website.
OF COURSE ! WOULD NOT BE A WEDDING WITHOUT ONE! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour, reception, and after party.
Yes - our venue offers a variety of meal options and will do their best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs when you RSVP so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal!
Yes, the celebration doesn’t stop after the reception! We’ll be hosting an after party at the venue immediately following the reception, from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM, in the Cocktail Hour area and on the outdoor patio (weather permitting). We’re also exploring the possibility of an additional after party at the hotel once everyone returns, and we’ll share the details if this plan comes together.
