The famous Danfodio Hostel, extension 2 and room No. 5 of ABU Zaria was where I met Usman. We were roommates while in 200L. We got along so well that we decided to continue being roommates in the Hostel till 500L and graduation afterwards. I remember we took rounds of cooking our food, it was indeed a wonderful stay of brotherhood. Those were years of encouragement, assistance and having the interest of each other at heart. Memorable and cherished good old days I must say. Though geographically we've been apart ever since, we have always kept in touch and abreast in regard to our wellbeing and progress. Usman has been a reliable, honest, trustworthy and humble personality. He's my brother from another mother. As you join us in the journey of marriage, I wish you nothing but the very best. With God by your side, an awesome home is guaranteed. Your home is established on God the solid rock. Amen. Happy married life my friend and brother.

I have known Usman for a very long time now, he is a brother and a friend. We call him gatuso, elder but I love calling him elder. He is gentle, very intelligent and hardworking. All the time I have known him, I have never seen him angry to the point where he will react to anger. He doesn’t talk much but when he speaks it makes a lot of sense. He believes in the growth and welfare of others; he can go to any mile just to make sure he adds value to your life. There is never a dull moment with him and above all he is a lover of God and very faithful to God. I wish the couple the very best, may God bless their home and they shall be fruitful all round.

One of the beauties that comes with ABU is that your friend's friend is equally your friend. I met Usman in 2011 through Bawa. He was a weird and funny guy lol... At a time we were roommates and we got along well and since then we have become friends. He used to listen to some funny records like Evanescence, Enya.... What is admire about Usman is his consistency, honesty, trustworthiness and humble personality. He has been a blessing.
