Tj and I first met in October of 2018 at the Asylum Haunted House, where we both worked there seasonally after my move to NWA. After my first haunt season Tj became a constant in my life and we were best friends. A year and a half later we made the decision to become a couple and started dating!

In October of 2021 Tj took me back to the haunted house, out of the Halloween season,during that time it is an escape room. He planned a nice surprise anniversary date there. Little did I know, quite a few people were in on this! We went about our date in the escape room where the actors room used to be and where we first met. I was getting all caught up in trying to escape before running out of time in the last portions….until I turned around and saw Tj on one knee! I was very shocked about what this meant and how it all came together! Tj and his loving family along with the owner of the escape rooms & haunt were all apart of this special moment! They had entered the room right after I said yes and were all so excited! The moment was very heart warming and so well thought out! We then celebrated as an engaged couple at a nice dinner!
