Theme: Low-country at the beach; Dress code: Dressy casual- think khakis and button-downs for gentlemen and sundresses for ladies.
You must board the ferry at Deep Point Marina in Southport, NC to get to Bald Head Island. The final ferry departure time to attend the wedding ceremony is Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 12pm. If you arrive to the marina after 12pm, you will miss the wedding ceremony. Purchase tickets in advance at https://www.baldheadislandferry.com. We look forward to seeing you! Specific rules from Chapel (we did not come up with these rules, they are specific to the Chapel guidelines): Treat the property with spiritual respect and reverence. Photographs are not permitted during the ceremony except by the professional photographer. No food, beverages, or smoking inside the Chapel. The Memorial Garden is a burial ground, please do not walk through it. Nothing may be thrown or dropped inside or outside of the Chapel including rice, confetti, birdseed, petals (real or silk) potpourri, bubbles, or flowers. No pets are allowed inside the Chapel.
Reception

After the ceremony golf carts will take you to the location of the reception. This will be a rather casual reception, so you can stay in your attire from the ceremony or change into something more comfortable if you prefer. We will provide transportation via golf carts to your accommodations if staying on the island, or back to the ferry terminal when the night is over.
The house the reception will take place at has a heated pool so you can bring your swim suit if you would like to swim!
