When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are two hotels in East Aurora, the Roycroft Inn and the Hampton Inn. Neither hotels do guest blocks, but we do have a discount code available for the Hampton Inn if you book using the link we included on the "Travel" tab (www.zola.com/wedding/pipanddave/travel). There are also several hotels in the city of Buffalo which are only about a 20-30 minute drive away from Poplar Hill.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle before the ceremony and after the reception going between the hotels in East Aurora and Poplar Hill. Tentative shuttle schedule will run from 2:30-3:45pm and 9:30-11:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Poplar Hill. The venue allows overnight parking if you decide to Uber or take the shuttle home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are happy to accommodate! Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions.
